“Full Court Connections have been an invaluable partner in the development of basketball across our schools. Throughout the academic year, they have worked closely with us to deliver primary and secondary basketball opportunities such as competitions and skills festivals. Their support has enabled young people to engage in high-quality basketball experiences, regardless of ability or previous experience. In addition to event delivery, Full Court Connections have provided excellent support within schools through both curriculum and extra-curricular coaching. Their coaches consistently deliver engaging, inclusive and inspiring sessions that help pupils develop their skills, confidence and enjoyment of the game. The professionalism, enthusiasm and expertise of the Full Court Connections team have played a significant role in growing participation and raising the profile of basketball across Slough.”

“We have worked with Pete and Full Court Connections for over 10 years now and we have always had positive feedback from our primary schools about the coaching and interactions they have with their pupils. FCC’s sessions are always well planned, organised and enables any child to access the session which leads to them all having a positive experience of basketball.”

“During my time As Director Of Physical Education at Harrow School I employed a variety of sports coaches to add additional expertise within the dept. Pete Deppisch provided excellent basketball coaching for a number of years. Not only was he a great player, boys really enjoyed it when he got on court and played with them, but more importantly he was a very good coach. The positive impact he made by virtue of his quiet manner and impressive personal ability meant that the standard of basketball rose considerably during the period Pete was employed by the school. As an external coach he was always reliable, he was able to get the best out of a wide range of student ability and showed good empathy with the students he came into contact with. An excellent man, player and coach in my opinion.”

“It is with pleasure that I write this testimonial for Pete Deppisch of Full Court Connections as he has been delivering basketball sessions for our students during curriculum time as well as an after-school club here at Pinkwell Primary School since 2018. Over the years I have found Pete and his Full Court Connections staff reliable and loyal. I have no hesitations in retaining their services each academic year and will also endeavour to do so in the future. During Full Court Connections’ time here at Pinkwell, alongside myself and other members of staff have been able to raise the popularity of basketball within the school community where Pinkwell Primary School now regularly enters the School’s Borough Basketball Competition on a yearly basis. Pete and his team show a real passion for delivering basketball within our school and I would have no hesitation in recommending Full Court Connections to other schools.”

“Pete and Full Court Connections have been fantastic in delivering high quality basketball sessions to the children at Cranford Park Academy. The knowledge and expertise displayed by Pete and his coaching team create a safe, engaging and enjoyable environment for children to develop their basketball skills and game understanding. Sessions are tailored for the relevant key stage and fundamental movements are focused on to ensure all pupils have the best opportunity to improve during their lesson. The coaches have a great rapport with all members of our school community and also offer extra-curricular basketball clubs that are very popular with both boys and girls.”

“I would just like to mention the positive impact Pete, and Full Court Connections, have on our pupils. Through various tasters Pete has managed to instil a passion for basketball within our young pupils, which has led to us running our own basketball clubs during lunchtime. Also, the extra-curricular clubs that you run are valuable for our pupils, particularly how SEN friendly they are. These clubs have given our pupils a sense of belonging and something to look forward to on weekends and holidays. I cannot describe how hard it is for our parents and carers to find SEN sports clubs, let alone ones that capture their interests. Again, thank you so much for the hard work and dedication you show to provide our pupils with opportunities they would not always receive.”

“Coach Elliot was absolutely brilliant last week. His lessons were engaging and challenging. He also adapted really well from teaching a Year 1 class lesson to the KS2 after-school club. Can you please let him know we are very happy with his provision.”

“I have had the privilege of being connected to Full Court Connections and Pete Deppisch for a number of years. Pete used to come into a school I worked in almost twenty years ago where he supported children, introducing children to basketball and his never-ending positivity towards the sport. He and his colleagues are fantastic role models for the children, not just within the realms of basketball but all with general character. Full Court Connections have been using the school as a base for their community-based club on Monday evenings over more recent years. Notably, having spoken to a number of users of their service, I always hear positive accolades from the parents of children associated with their club which has been a resounding success at the school. I thoroughly recommend Pete and Full Court Connections to anyone contemplating their service and am happy to speak to anyone directly if they have any further questions.”

“I just wanted to reach out and say a huge thank you for all of your amazing support with the basketball program at Western House Academy over the last few years. The kids have genuinely thrived under your guidance. It’s been incredible to see them learn so much about resilience, confidence and teamwork and, just as importantly, forge some fantastic friendships. Your help truly made a difference for many of them. Also, a key benefit of these classes is their in-school delivery. This approach successfully addresses a significant barrier to access, as many parents report difficulties enrolling their children in after-school extracurricular activities due to work commitments or the need to manage multiple children. Providing this high-quality provision during school hours ensures equitable access and opportunity for all students. Thanks again for everything—you gave so many children an opportunity they wouldn’t have had otherwise. I’m sure our paths will cross again!”
